Swaddee
(Hello),
Seeda II, Exotic Thai-Vietnamese Cuisine, would like to extend our warmest
welcome to you. We hope to introduce you to a new, exotic and
authentic Thai-Vietnamese Cuisine in New York City.
Thai-Vietnamese cuisine is designed to stimulate and excite the five
taste senses: sweet, sour, hot, salty and neutral. Incorporating the culinary
traditions of it's Chinese forebears and Indian neighbors, it's unique flavors
depend on certain ingredients native to Southeast Asia: Lemon Grass, Galangal,
Coriander Leaf & Root, Fresh Leaf of the Kaffir Lime, Ginger and hot Chili,
make Thai-Vietnamese dining a unique experience. We have a special effort
to keep monosodium glutamate out of the kitchen. We use fresh lime juice and
fish sauce to bring out the natural flavor.
Based on rice, the typical main meal includes soup, curry, stir-fried dishes
and vegetables. Tastes within a dish are carefully blended to stimulate each
of the five taste sensations. For light dining, we recommend one of our noodle
dishes.
Seeda II is dedicated to the presentation of authentic Thai-Vietnamese
cooking. However, we have made adjustments in the chili content to suit both
spicy and non-spicy taste buds.
Since everyone has different limits, we offer you this guide:
* Spicy
** Medium Spicy
*** Hot and Spicy
**** Very, Very Hot and Spicy
Please make sure that you specify the category of spiciness that you prefer
to your waiter/waitress.
